I was trying to do a transaction on a site which didn't go through after after hour i got 10 messages with transaction of 50 each being deducted. I placed a complaint on the same day they asked me to wait for a week and also check wtiith the retailer if they have got the transaction. I got a written confirmation from the retailer that it was not received by them. After 2 weeks also they are not ready to reverse the transaction and after repeatedly calling the call center they gove varied reply. Today after more than 15 days when i called the call center told he does not when it will reverse and when i asked to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor (mr suman gupta ) refused to speak stating that I will need to raise a dispute without telling how and where and he has nothing to say.
I am very disturbed by the way they handle the complaints this is a serious concern. Was this information helpful? |
