[Resolved] HTC — Complaint

Ordered HTC desire 816g phone on flipcart and it was delivered to me on 7/5/2015.
After 2 months I noticed the lines appearing on screen.
On 12/8/2015 at 10:30 pm, I called a person from that phone. After the end of conversation, I couldn't put the pattern as the phone was not sensing the touch. I enquired few people regarding the HTC service centers in Bangalore and on 14/8/2015 I went to TVS ELECTIONS LTD #11/1, patalamma temple road basavangudi which is near south end circle. There I waited patiently for 1 hour and I confessed regarding the issues of the HTC phone and asked for REPAIR. Around 9GB data was saved in that phone and that was quite important for me to get it back. The person in service center told me that it is not possible to get the data, but he'll try for the back-up and they'll return it within 7-10days. On the 10the day that is on 24/8/2015 I went to them and I asked for the mobile. They told it's not yet done. I asked them when they can't do it why would they give the duration of 7-10 days?? Why is it getting delayed?? Again he told after its done he'll give me a call. Again on 15th day I went there and again they told the same thing to me that it's not ready. I was highly irritated by their words and I told you people are delaying too much I want to talk to your manager. He dint answer anything and he just got another phone and he told my phone is been replaced and throughout 1 year of warranty he'll be replacing it whenever there is an issue and he signed the service report. The other phone what they gave me had many photos of others, I deleted that and inserted my SIM to start using it. It was not detecting the network. I enquired in the near by customer care about the SIM card which I was using, the SIM was not damaged and the settings was also proper. I bought a SIM adapter and I made sure it works with other phones. And also in the replacement phone I found lines. If they are giving the replacement of a phone they are supposed to Give with the box. Here they gave me the phone which had come to them for repair. Apart from this I want to confess that the so called HTC company's phone has a life of only 2 months. They are not capable enough to satisfy the customers. When I went to the service center my Friend had accompanied me and even my friend was also a HTC user and when he told the model name itself the customer service person asked "is it an ear phone issue". We were shocked to know it was a common issue in that model. The non branded phones in India will be in a working condition for more than 1 year. This so called HTC produces a fake smart phones and they'll show their real colours within 2 months. After buying HTC it is a combined package which comes along to search a service center. So I want to sue HTC company for cheating the customers by producing and selling the display defected phones.
I made a survey in colleges and I have found on an average 93% people are regretting for buying HTC phones and most of the issues were with display. Similarly there was an issue with a motor company as they were aware of their faulty ignition switch which then led to a big disaster. It is the Same in case of HTC also that they know about the issues and they are still marketing it. Emotional stress that is what comes along with HTC phones. The replaced phone also has many issues like, sometimes it doesn't charge properly, it hangs a lot . Display touch issues.

Fed up roaming from home to service center. With a great desire I buoyed the phone. But I was really stressed with these kinds of issues. I want compensation.
