HTC India — damaged phone

Hi, htc service center damaged the device during the repair and now providing me clone phone with no warranty nobody is ready to help me neither the escalation team i'm filling case in consumer court with all call recording and email copies they have genuine product in stock but every time i call they make fake excuses and torchering and forcing me to take the clone product and keep quite also they threaten me to take phone otherwise they will close the case.

This is completely wrong what htc is doing with me you service center engg who are so brilliant that they damaged the phone and you asking me to take repair phone why should i take any repaired phone damaged from your end neither i will get agreed for the red phone the black gold color is available and i demand for the same otherwise i really have to escalate this issue to all the social network and i"m filling one more consumer forum case.

Kindly check the below conditions
1- provide me same model black gold
2- provide me refund in the form of vouchers so that i can buy the phone from htc india website online.
3 - provide me replacement device red color but that should be box pack and with one year manufacturing warranty
4 - i will collect the repair device but provide me one year of extended warranty.

I'm literally begging to you ppl but your as such that you don't wanna listen and help the customer but on top of that your forcing me and threating me everyday so i have raised one more consumer court case and i'm putting this whole conversation on all social media so that people will come to know about your and your way of treating customers and i will make sure i will spread the thing as much as i can also will file consumer court case tomorrow at thane office.

I would like to inform you that i'm htc fan since 2012 when i bought the first model htc explorer with my first salary which is still absolutely in working condition with no single complaint but when i came to the current model of htc 830 i'm really disappointed, first i visited the service centre where i was not given proper service and then i have started raising consumer forum cases for the resolution i was again told to visit the kurla service centre by mr omkar from escalation team and he assured me that just visit once and the problem will be resolved and you will become fan of htc once again so i visited but your brilliant service centred damaged the motherboard of my phone and the phone went into useless condition.

So i have raised consumer forum case once again and i started getting calls from htc to visit the service center again or else they cannot help me with this issue i was literally forced and stressed to visit the service center but why will i go for your htc mistake you have damaged my phone i followed all the procedure then mr gaurva from the escalation team requested me to visit service centre to check the phone and he found the same that there was lack of service and due to improper handling the phone got damaged so now he is providing me a replacement but of the clone device he got one htc red color model which is nowhere avaialble in the market not even on your webiste but he is forcing me to take that model of getting phone repair once aagain but i'm not ready for both so now he started giving me an excuse that black gold color is out of stock but i checked to all the stores and e-store and even on the htc website it is showing avaialble and even i'm ready to purchse from there and htc can provide me refund for my phone but he is not ready at all he is just using one single stamenent that "take old phone or replacement red phone"

I request you to please check the below-attached screen-shot and provide me the black gold phone which is available and resolve this issue by end of this month otherwise i will seriously take strict actions against htc and will never leave you till i get a black gold replacement phone.

1 - check the description of model htc 830 and nowhere it is mentioned that it is available in red or blue color.

2 - now check the screen-shot attached the stock is showing yes colors available is black gold which i have selected and when i entered the pincode it is showing that delivery within 5-7 working days.

I request you to understand that my health condition is going bad day by day bcoz of your management decision and if tomorrow something goes wrong with me i will make sure that my family member and my lawyer will get htc responsible for the same as it is all happened bcoz of you ppl blackmailing and forcing me and dominating me with your decision and with your threat that takes it otherwise we will close the case i'm not ready to listen to anything i just want same model and color phone which is damaged by your service centre enggs and provide me same asap.
Since the first day i'm being very cooperative and understanding by now this thing has come to my health so i request you to provide me the same.

Kindly understand that when your escalation team members come and threatened me and force me everyday stating that we will close the case and all they are bloody liar first mr gaurav told me that replacement product will be box pack but today he changed his words saying that it will not be box pack when customer is ready to find some solution why you are so stagnant for your decision don't provide me any clone phone
