HTC India — handset not working properly

Htc desire 728 dual sim which has been purchased dec 2016 and is in warranty period. It does not work properly and switches off every now and then. Battery life is very low and heats too much. It has been repaired thrice by htc care but the problem is still there. It is completely defective and need to be replaced immediately. Imei no [protected] and device no lc66vb801392.
