I am using htc 828. I had to visit htc service centre 5-6 times to get it repaired till now. Earlier i went there to change my display and they took 2 months to get it repaired. This time my phone's mic is not working properly. I went to authorised service centre (C-59, sector-2, noida, u. P-201301)
They took my phone and and returned me after just cleaning the dust and told me that they have replaced the part. But after 1-2 days it's mic is again not working. I went there again they say we have to submit again for few days, when i asked for proof which show me that my part has been replaced or not they say our system is not working. When i called customer care they say that we can't provide information from here. There is no transparency in your process of repairing.
This is consumer exploitation. You should respect your consumers, their time and money. I had to travel a lot to reach your service centre, and then too i don't get any satisfactory services.
My worst mistake was to buy your phone, i will recommend others not to buy htc phones ever.
