HTC India — Htc one me dual sim m9ew (mobile phone)- heating and battery drainage problem

Since the very first day i started realizing that phone screen and back side of the phone got too hot and that is very abnormal and Battery Backup is only 6 hrs when it is not used.Heating and Battery drainage problem increses with time.
I think it should be replaced since it becomes a mental torture to me.
Heating is so much that it feels like it can explode any time.
Please replace the set.
