HTC India — mobile parts not available for htc one m8 eye

I have htc one m8 eye model..
I am facing a charging issue. My phone is not charging.

"as per service center of htc service centre, e mall, c r avenue kolkata - 700072" -

They are saying htc india has stopped providing parts of my above handset.
Its very unprofessional service made by your company.
I have brought this handset for 27k. And after 2.5 years i am facing this charging issue problem.

Please take into notice and try to solve it.
Htc have a good reputation in mobile company.
I hope u can provide me essential parts for my handset.
I am willing to pay charges. But please take into ur notice.
