I have given my htc e8 dual sim for service because of a problem with camera on 27th november, 2017 at srkt enterprises, rajahmundry. The imei numbers of the device are [protected] and [protected]. It has been 40 days since i gave the device for repair and the device is not attended by the service centre.
I have tried contacting htc customer care through live chat, email, toll free number. I have spoken to 5-6 people from htc customer care and i have explained my problem to each and everyone i've spoken to. The common response that i got is "we apolozige, we will escalate the issue and arrange a call back at the earliest on high priority".
It has been 40 days since i have given my device for repair and htc and it's service has dragged me to a position of begging its service representatives for a resolution. I don't think that i deserve this for trusting a brand like htc and spending rs.37000 on a mobile phone. I feel sorry for choosing htc.
I would like to have my device back to me in proper working condition immediately or want a refund of my investment on the product so that i can choose some other trustworthy brand.
