[Resolved] HTC — Parts not available

I am using HTC DESIRE 516. Due to issue in front speaker and display I have given my phone in service station of HTC situated at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad on 18/04/2015. The service center executive given me timelimit of 8-10 days. But now today it is almost 19th day the condition of phone is at is. I tried to track my phone status online but it shows that the ticket number is invalid hence I try to contact via email so the executive replied me that due to shortage of parts the phone is not repaired hence when parts are available will return you back phone. I further contact to call center via phone they told me that again 8-10 days will require and that period is not also certain. So my humble request that if the international brand is providing very bad after sales service to the customer.if they are not able to produce their parts they should replace the phone. The waiting time is horrible. My ticket number is 15INA[protected] and IMEI is [protected]
