[Resolved]  HTC — service delay

Dear Sir, I am a resident of kollam, kerala. I had purchased an HTC Desire 616 smart phone on july 21, 2014. It is yet in warranty period. Since last month it started troubleshooting with headphone jack. I had submitted my cell on September 26 at the service center and was assured of repairs to be done within 14 days with htc ticket no:14INA[protected] . Despite calling many times to customer care centers, I was given same excuses that they are waiting for the parts and it will take time, now its almost 1 month and yet i had not received my mobile serviced, my email id is c.[protected]@gmail.com .I would be greatful with your intervention and resolution.
