I have applied to change my name in my pan-card but the process took too much time. I ordered on March 5th and Couriered all the required proof. On March 15th I received an email asking for my DOB proof I have attached my scanned copy of my Driving Licence and sent an email to [protected]@pancard-online.org

I never received any reply Till now and I am trying to reach you over the phone but the numbers are not going through except [protected] and the guy who received the call is answering me that my Application is missing and they could not find it and he is asking me to courier all the proofs once again.

This is Unfair and so irresponsible, I want to cancel my order and refund my rs 499 which I paid online and also refund my courier charges of 60 Rupees which i paid to courier you the proofs.
