Hi, I have placed prepaid order of 317 rs from shopclues website and order placed on thu, 14 sep 2017 this is the order number is :[protected]. But due to some reason i have cancelled this order but till date i haven't received my money even they didn't replies my email too and a customer representative told me that they will refund my money soon, but didn't get my money.
