Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited [HESCOM] — Bescom charging heavy amount under "manual audit short claim"

Hescom has charged us rs 14683 under a section called "manual audit short claim". When called about this, they are unable to give proper reason. However, we have paid all the monthly bills regularly. Even after this hescom is unnecessarily charging large amount.

Their are many poles in my land in telgi Tq- Basavan Bagewadei Dist-Bijapur state Karnataka their are 3 lines in my land no porper way one line neranther joothi & three phase / agricultural line all lines are in zigzag shape .so please put proper way ..verify.
