Dear sir,
I am living in Nobel Street, sainipura mohalla, Village Jharsa, Gurgaon. I am a member of vard no 28. One of my neighbour Dilip Singh Saini S/o Late Sh.Gopi Chand Saini is constructing a illegal Shop & house for given Rent.
They have not passed the house map by MCG. He has constructed excess area approx 4 ft from his land .
Due to this excess construction people of street are facing problem. And they don't have any map or property papers.
When I was raised objection for above he say that " Mera Sala MCG Commissioner Ka Driver hai Mera Koi Kuch nahi bigaad Sakata "
