I was greatly disappointed by the way the dealers behaving. I booked one creta diesel eplus passion orange at oxina hyundai trichy on 15th kind with delivery commitment in 23rd june. After full payment on 18th june the sales depatment on june 19th afternoon called me and said that the car will be delivered after july5th only. I wonder whether hyundai gets payment from the customer and then starts production. Then i cancelled the booking and got refund. Again the madurai dealer susee hyundai gave me a commitment that if i booked on 26th june the same model car will be delivered on 30th june at the worst case before 5th july. Then i placed order with 1lakh advance on 25th june. Today the madurai dealer is telling that the vechile will be delivered only after 10th july. This is very same to hyundai. Now i decided to go for duster or innova and hereafter i will recommend not to go for hyundai to all my friends circle.
