Dear sir/madam, my name is Nehal and I have purchased Hungama play subscription on 19/10/2020 for 7 days for 29 rupees via Hungama app. And my 7 days plan will be auto renewed on 26/10/2020 but I do not want to renew my plan so I requested you to please cancel my auto-renewed subscription. And make sure there is no transaction beyond this 29 rupees from this moment. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com .Please send to me a confirmation message ASAP. Thank you. Verified Support Oct 21, 2020 Hungama.com Customer Care's response Dear Hungama User, Thank you writing to Hungama. Kindly note that the user is duly notified when the subscription is on auto renewal and the user has full right to opt out from the renewal before the expiry of the validity and before the plan gets renewed. To opt out user can reach out to us and can raise a request via call/email. With regards to your request raised against login id : [protected]@gmail.com, the renewal has been disabled and your plan will remain active till expiry date only : 26-Oct-2020 As the renewal has been disabled now, it will not be auto renewed.
