Hungama Play — Unsubscribe from an auto-renewing subscription

I want you to cancel the hungama service subscription. I have tried many times to cancel it by sending hungama stop to 5716 and it's not working. Hungama deduct pkr 10/week and it's infuriating that you charge me for nothing. It's very irresponsible on your part to do something like this. Cancel it permanently and i don't want to be charged for nothing again. Thanks.
