Sub - 1. water leakages plague west anand bagh for the past 1 year
2. water supplied once in 3-10 days.
1. water leakage:-west anand bagh is facing water leakages for the past 1 year. many parts of west anand including main roads have been flooded with water which we have been complaining.
Sir you have a slogan stating "water is precisous, every drop of water counts' it clealry shows that your department is the main cause for the water wastage in our colony. hope you would have understood the fact.
For the past 1 month there is pipeline damage beside bhavani super market, land mark ab 82.
Several complaints has been made even the department has visited for name sake and went without repairing. such is the efficiency of your department. it is really disgraceful and shameful to complain but there is no other option left.
2. irregular & low pressure water supply:-
Residents have been facing sewer water shortage in west anand bagh, safilguda, malkajgiri for the past few years. water is supplied once in 3-10 days. several calls are made almost once in 2-3 days for the past few years inquiring about the delay in water supply. most of the bore wells have got dried up in the colony due to drilling commercial bore wells. as on date many residents in the colony dependent water purchased through tankers even though this year there was heavy rains and all the rivers and tanks got filled up.
When the department is collecting taxes and water bill in time we would like to know as to why there is irregular water supply. govt. of telangana has recently announced that water to the city will be supplied daily but nothing has such has happened in anand bagh.
One important point to be noted is whenever we call your manager, he either replies in negative aspect or speaks very rude even to ladies which is not acceptable. today 08-10-16 when we called the manager he never bothered to respond to our call. added to the problem is the linemen naresh whose another big nuisance to the area who also speaks in the same tone as the manager. please advise the manager & the linemen to speak politely to the residents especially with members of the association whenever they call inquiring about delay in water supply. hope this will be taken very seriously as we have been getting lot of complaints against manager and lineman which will further creative impact on your department.
