drinking water is released on to the road incessantly, people should be penalised for such a waste of precious resource, especially in the area of mettuguda and Alugadda bavi of secunderabad. taps have to be fixed on to public taps, water used for temples/other public worshipping places should also be billed.

      Dear sir, i have submitted for bill name change application for CAN[protected], from existing B.Pandu to new name R.ANANTHA CHARY. i have submitted the all supported documents for proof as per water board requirement 0n 02-MAY-2013(Please find the attached front copy). they are said all are fine will update. But still they not updated, when i asked many times to the water board office(NARAYANAGUDA) for updation, they are asking MONEY. i am requesting to water board management please take necessary action to process my application. and to update as soon as possible.           We are residing at H.No.5-1-561, Flat No.301, Falcon's Crest, Troop Bazar, Hyderabad. Every now and then water with polution of Sewarge comes in entire lane. Water is installed by counsler without putting Drianage connection near the tap. It requires permanant Solution, or otherwise there is likelyhood of deaths due to Water Pollution.             I mrs.Shyam kumar kulkarni, resident of new narashimha nagar, mallapur, ranga reddy dist telngana, would like to bring to your kind notice that the water line man is not properly responding and giving water in the afternoon on request of some others in the colony in the first place why he should change the time from morning hours to afternoon because of some ladies in the colony and what is the position of working womens if they starts releasing the water in the after noon.

            More over he has to release he water every 3 rd day insted of several meetings in the colony he is releasing the water for every four days once.

            Request you to seriously look into the matter and do the justification for working womens

            And more over there is no enough pressure also.

              SIR, We the residents of h.no.13-5-158/83, 13-5-158/84, 13-5-158/85, 13-5-158/86, 13-5-158/87 Amlapur, Karwan, Hyderabad, 500006 Telangana State. New cc road is laying in our line but drainage and water pipes are broken at many places even at joints of main water pipes are leaking. we have given a written complaint at hmwssb office at sabjimandi, karwan, hyderabad on 2 dec 2014. The officer has visited the place and said the dept would lay drainage pipes and repair water pipe lines within 10 days. but no action is taken till now. to repair water pipes they have digged at 2 to 3 places and left it open holed since 15 days.when there is water hole are filled with water and it is mixing wiith drainage water . we are facing problem due to worst condition of road. complete road is damaged we are unable to walk. so we request to see this matter as soon as possible. yours faithfully SHARADHA

The Commuters of the near by areas are facing a severe hectic Problem while travelling on this road.                   Good morning sir, we the residents mahatma gandhi nagar, shaikpet hyderabd. facing inconvenience due to the behaviour of water board of film nagar, shaikpet. They are not supplying the drinking water to all the households in our locality, giving the reason that some of the houses are not paying the bills, and when we ask them what's our fault they simply pointing others mistakes and saying because of them we cannot supply you water. When we call them the worker of water board named 'Narayan' and his team don't talk with us properly, and most of the times they dont pick our calls. So i request you to take necessary action against the water board as soon as possible. Your's sincerly, Residents of Mahatma Gandhi nagar, shaikpet. hyderabad.

                        Self, K.N.Srihari, a lecturer by profession, my can no.[protected]. As the main road drainage is under construction the water pipe line is disconnected on the above said road. The residents of sub-lane are not getting water for more than 1 month and above. Similar situation has happened 3 months back. The water supply was stopped for almost 25 days with the reason to check pollution. I am paying bill every month online inspite so many irregularities. I request the concerned authorities, that for the month of November, and December 2015 i may not be paying the bill as there is no supply of water espcially Road No.5 Mallikarjunanagar, Malkajgiri-47.                             We, the residents-flat owners of Phase-V, block-1 to 3, would like to inform you that due to breakage of water pipe and the drainage water is also added due to seepage and we have shown the colour of drinking water to the authorities and they started the digging work to find out the breakage and the resultant mixing of drainage water and in this process, water supply stopped and we are facing lots of problems in not having the water for the last 4 to 5 days but, today, water supplied with water tanker and it can not be used for drinking purposes and we are taking water cans with huge price. The present pipeline is very small and that too, laid almost 25 years back and the force of water is very low and we are not even getting sufficient water with 30 minutes to 45 minutes duration. The present small pipeline needs replacement with bigger pipeline for Block-1, 2 & 3 Apartments of Phase-V. On previous occasions, we have informed the concerned authorities about impure (mixed with drainage water) water issue but temporarily, the issues are being handled but not with permanent solutions by replacing the present small pipeline with a bigger one when compared with present usage of the dwellers in this area. Borewater pipeline was laid with appropriate power connection with installation of pipes in each block and the borewater is not supplied and only the pipes are available without appropriate power connection and resultant bore water supply. The present bore water pump which is opposite Block-3 is not properly serviced with appropriate maintenance, the result is that no borewater supply to the dwellers of these 3 blocks. In this connection, we request you to take immediate steps for replacement with bigger pipe, thereby, the supply of water shall be sufficient and with supply of water every alternative day should be changed with water on daily basis so that these problems of sudden stoppage shall be avoided and the residents of these blocks shall get sufficient water and that too, without any hassles.

Even after repeated complaints to the concerned authority including at khairtabad, still we expect the drainage cleaning. So i request to the authorities to solve this problems at the earliest. `

                                        Dear sir This is regarding broken on manhole cover, on Friday i.e 5-12-14, the cover was broken, and on Saturday register a complain Token No-5812, But on 7-12-14 the cover was broken, i got a message that Token No-5812 was solved, since small children's are playing on road .
