I had raised a complaint for the first time on 23rd march 2020. The complaint got automatically resolved without being addressed. The second time i raised it on 24rth march 2020. Again it automatically went into a resolved status without being attended. I understand that the country was in a lockdown period at that point but sanitation is a highly essential service. The manhole at my premises was overflowing which is highly dangerous for health during the outbreak of this pandemic. The hyderabad metropolitan water supply & sewerage board (Hmwssb) has not been attending my problem. Even after repeatedly raising a complaint in the grievances cell, the issue was being closed. I even contacted and brought this issue to the notice of the dgm nagapriya, chandanagar, hmwssb, yet, there was no resolution. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
