Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — illegal water connection and illegal constructions

I am a resident of sneha appartments, near isaac model school, behind reliance fresh heritage, gudimalkapur, mehdipatnam hyderabad, 12-2-505/5, telangana state. I would like to complaint on dr mr g s bezaleel who is also a resident of sneha appartments, is doing illegal constructions in a small area at the back of the apartments and a small open area area at the side of the apartments, he also acquired an illegal water connection and in the process of full fledged illegal constructions in the open area at the sneha appartments, hyderabad telangana. Kindly take action on dr mr gs bezaleel to stop this illegal activities of constructions and stop this illegal tap connections
