[Resolved] Hypercity — the item was billed but was not included when the bag was packed. | |||
I was at the hypercity store which is in cinepolis, kukatpally. I wanted to buy a soft toy depicting santa. I put it in my basket and when the billing was in the process, the guy said that the soft toy didn’t have barcode hence he didn’t consider for the billing. However, after reaching home i was shocked when i checked the bill because the guy billed me for the santa too. I have paid 229 rupees for the soft toy but i don’t have the item.
