[Resolved] Hypercity — wrong billing | |||
Hello, During our last purchase (On[protected] from hypercity at garden galleria mall, a2, sector-38a, noida We were bit surprised by the incorrect billing of rs. 2592.50. We purchased the 3.0 kg of rice (Loose basmati rice) but billing staff billed wrongly a rice to prawn pickle and charged rs. 2592.50, whereas actual billing amount of rs. 271.45. This caused great inconvenience to us, as we observed this issue at home and then my wife need to immediately rush back in private vehicle. And with store manager intervention, it resolved. Expectation: to find root cause of the issue and ensure it won't happen again with any customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

Service of employees was very bad they don't no how to talk with customers. I was purchase prestige induction and i lost my bill after that i ask for duplicate copy they said we don't have 30 min previous records in my system
