Hypermarket Kart — products not received and their contact numbers are not working | |||
Hi, Based on the ad in the times of india and deccan herald, placed an order for rs. 11, 000 on 12th sep. Received message saying products will be delivered by 16th sep. But, products are not delivered and even their customer care number is not working. I also informed 3 of my relatives about this app and offer. Please suggest me what can be done for this. I Saw AD about this company in Times of india - Bangalore . Later I have downloaded the app and placed order . Even I received sms and email about order summary . but till now no response from email and even I am not able to reach the customer care no . Need to raise complaint against Times of time and Hypermarket kart.

they are fraud company. i have also placed order with them. i have already checked with payment gateway payu. they told they have suspended their account and they are also not able to contact hypermarket guys. these guys have ran away with our money. i am trying to contact with some bangalore guys and want to do FIR together. that is the only possible option. please reply of my message.
