Hypermarketkart — products booked worth rs.5428, but none received.

It was advertised in times of india on september 10th, according to which there was 50 % discount for minimum shopping of 5000 rs. Since it was in leading newspaper, i made purchase following which i paid 5428 rs after discount. I have also booked another material worth rs.2501.50 after discount, from my mothers login. They sent confirmation on email, products are shipped in 10 days, also an sms "dear, your order was successfully placed and confirmed will be delivered with in 10 days little late because of heavy rush. Once pakage shipped mail and sms will be sent. Thanks hypermarketkart.com". But neither did i receive the message nor products. I then sent mail to [protected]@hypermarket.com for which i got no reply and their contact no was switched off. The website is still functional and i wonder why no action is taken. You are requested to search and refund money back.
