Good afternoon hyundai team,

I want to drive your focus on something important and your company should know about this, my self pummit sharma working as gm in highly reputed education institute, am owning a next gen verna sx (O) model, i have purchased this vehicle on 6th jan from your kota rajasthan kamal auto hyundai dealership and 7.

Let me come to the point –
Am very satisfied with car and one of the happy customer, but when i purchase this car, the dealer ask me to purchase the chrome finishing for front light and back light when i asked them to make me clear that is this accessories are genuine part or not, they said ye this genuine part and charged me additional 4000/- rs for same.

But when i asked them to provide me the bill for genuine parts they refused, and after researching i found that this brand and accessories also available at car accessories shop in just half of price and not also genuine hyundai part.

As i have already 2 more hyundai vehicles and i trust hyundai, this incident give a very bad impression of your company to customer. Please make payment refund as i do not prefer any other local accessories in my car.
Or else i have to take some legal action as soon as possible.
And one more request kindly stop selling local accessories on name of hyundai, it is just fraud on name hyundai
