Hyundai Motor India — about paid service on 15.07.2018

I have booked a paid service for my xcent car on 14.07.2018 for 15.07.2018 telephonically and I reached the service centre at 8.35 am in the morning on 15.07.2018. I was told to come at 9.30 am by the security staff as the service centre was about to open and took the keys of car. I again came back at 9.35 am and got my job card at around 10.00 am. I was told to come at 4.00 pm for delivery. I reached there at 4.05 pm and to my utter surprise, they just began to work on the car and said me to wait for another half an hour, after lapse of half an hour I just called them to check whether my car is ready or not and still they told me that it will take another 20-30 minutes.

I was first to reach there as it can be checked in the gate pass register but got the vehicle after so many cars which came there after me and I got my car at around 6.30 in the evening only. I am totally dis satisfied and disappointed with this kind of service from the mentioned service centre.
