My wife owner of the subject car. I was driving the car on 14th jun 2019 going to goa from bangalore with my colleagues 3 others. At about 2pm we met with a accident. We had some injuries and we got treated. The car was towed to hyundai service centre in belgum. Its today 60 days plus the insurance company bajaj insurance is yet to get the final quote from your service centre. Understsnd the rains in the area delay for a week. But not this long. The centre did give the estimate initally. But when they asked to proceed with repair work the service centre said we have ordered the parts and waiting to arrive to start repair work. Then after 4 weeks telling me cannot be repaired and need to treat as total loss. Bajaj wants this in writing. Not sure what delay is. This is not given toll date.
Was planning to buy new car and i love hyundai. My nervous car was santro. So using hyundai since 1999. Now with experience i have a different opinion.
