Hyundai Motor India — an unsatisfied customer | |||
Dear sir, This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service i received from hyundi (Chunabati workshop) today. I have given my grand i10 for servicing & denting on 21st june 2019. Mr. Sampat from the denting department kept playing with the dates whenever i called to find out about returning my car after the work is completed. He finally promised delivery of my car on monday 25th june but today being the 28th june, i still haven’t got delivery. Besides i was earlier given an estimate of rs. 1, 200/- for general servicing without the bumper change & was informed that with the bumper change estimate would be a few hundreds more. Today i get a call informing me that the amount is rs. 5, 000/-, however this should have been informed to me before doing the job and not at the estimated time of delivery of my vehicle. I requested for his managers number as i was definitely not satisfied talking to him, smart as he thought he was, gave me the wrong number. Would now like to know is this how you deal with your regular clients? I had to then call the service centre at least 10 times before i spoke to mr. Nitin an hour later. This is just not done & totally unacceptable. Requesting you to please look into this matter as the service i got from hyundai is definitely not the kind of service a customer would look forward to.
