Sir, Sub: damage of my car - compansation reg I bought a brand new i20 sports vtvt - polar white car from popular motor World private ltd, kuttanelur po, thrissur – 680014 on 15/10/2018 with invoice no Tsrsr494. I am living in palakkad dtd. Kerala state, therefore i handover my vehicle for its first Service at grand hyundai, palakkad on 13/11/2018. After its first service on verification its is Found that they damaged the bonnet and seen repainted. The colour of the bonnet is slightly Differ from car body. Then i asked about it to the service manager, but he completly denied it and said that This damage is not coming from here and also said that this damage is occured from the seller (Ie. From popular hyundai thrisssur). Then i drived to popular hyundai, thrissur (60km from the Palakakd) and asked the sales manager about the repainting, but he completly denied it and Blamed the grand hyundai, palakkad.
