Hyundai Motor India — brake failure | |||
I am kunal lalwani from nasik i am a hyundai user from past 10 years and have 3 hyundai cars. I had serviced my i20 magna 4 5 days back in showroom and had changed brake oil brake pads brake cleaning profess of calliper oil filter change diesel filter change but no work was done my car was dropped at home and 14000 bill i had cleared and more over my ac vent was broken by the showroom person so they said sorry and dey ordered the part and told me they will change it no charges. There was some brake noise still der i had told the showroom guy to check it the fooled me and voice was there last night i was on highway about 100 km/hr the brakes failed some i managed to control the car using gears and managed to not to hit any car. I had called the manager and service head last night and told them they said we are sorry but i will sue your company in consumer court as my life was in danger brakes had become zero the paddle was totally free i have parked the car there it self at night... This was the worst life taking and careless experiance given to me by hyundai and i will look after them in the consumer court asap.
