Hyundai Motor India — co driver or driver's seat is defective | |||
Hi I am hyundai user and i bought xcent in dec 2015 and since the day i got seat cover installed from hyundai panchkula itself in their service center as i got free seat covers from them either co driver seat or driver seat is making noise from inside. And its very bad like some metal is broken inside the seat i contacted berkeley plot no. 375, 87, industrial area phase 1, panchkula – 134113. But i did not get any resolution. Then i took 4 times to get this checked by your service team from where i purchase this 1022/6, nh-22 near, saini dhaba (Hr), kalka, haryana – 133302 now they move to a different location which is not updated on google. There your mechanic checked my seats 4 times means four different days and he said that the sound is from inside the seat so i ask them to replace the seat whichever is making noise as my car is under warranty. And it’s been 2 years every one giving me run around my warranty on the car is about to expire. So i think, the warranty is just a myth that hyundai giving to their customer. Now you can understand my frustration level. This is the last complaint letter that i am sending across to you guys after 48 hrs. I am going to file legal complaint with court and send this message on whatsapp so everyone come to know about hyundai after sales customer service. So do you think i can renew my warranty again? And i am sure you guys now media is the fastest way to convey your message to all over world. I want seat to be change as it was manufacture fault.
