Hi Hyundai, Sub : Non-completion of New Car RTO Registration pending from 5 month My name is Krishna Kantam Khandelwal. I am living at K3B, 3rd Floor, Khirkhi Extn. Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. I have purchased a Car from your dealer "Raj Hyundai" Company name is Raj Cars India Private Limited on[protected] having showroom at 32, Sadhana Enclave, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. The Car Model is i20 Asta (O) CRDi Fiery Red having Chassis No. MALBM51RLJM573741, Engine No. D4FCJM627941 by paying total amount INR 10, 67, 287/- which include RTO registration fees INR 88, 000/-. I was issued temporary registration certificate and they had promised that the registration will be completed within one week. I was continuously visiting this dealer showroom and making follow-up calls for the registration but they made petty excuses i.e. Nobody is at RTO Department, please call tomorrow, The registration usually take 15 days, Kindly wait etc. Today, i visited at showroom again and met with Mr. Nitin (GM). He said that the company have used registration money in another purpose now we do not have any fund to complete and we cannot issue refund to you. Mr. Rohit Chadha is the Managing Director, I have made number of calls and he is not attending any calls. It is a direct fraud case where my registration money has been forged by the dealer (i.e. Mr. Rohit Chadha (MD), Mr. GURUCHARAN SINGH (Director) and Mr. AMRESH KUMAR PANDEY (Director). I will be filing FIR against this company as well as Hyundai in case no solution is provided within 24 hours as I have lost my patience now.. It is a shame where the dealer of Hyundai Brand are cheating consumers openly in the market. I trusted Hyundai as a brand due to which I had invested my hard earned money in its product. But now it has been taken for a toll. How can Hyundai India issue license to such kind of dealer without checking their background ? Moreover where are your internal controls ? It is completely disgusting what I have faced with your company. It is my first Car from you and your guys have cheated me. Request you to find me a solution immediately or refund my money immediately along with interest & fine that would be payable to the authorities for registration. I bought i20 asta used car on 14th Sept2020. Showroom guy told that vehicle is in good condition without any lapse in service and replacement. The vehicle was driven 53100 kms but clutch is very hard, driver side door was repainted looking yellow in colour stain...
I got all the information from the past owner, from him they bought with cheaper rate and they told him that we will be replacing clutch, a/c vents and repainting driver side door and then we sell, but they not did any replacement and they sold it for 85000 margin profit. And also I come to know that vehicle was met with an accident and got replace head laps, bonet, fenders, fog lamps, radiator and so on...
I need justice against this fraudulent happened to me... Need someone intervention to resolve this issue.
I have sent mails to Pavan Hyundai MD Mr.Alok but he is least bothered about customer service and issues. I think he is only big culprit...
I am going to file a cheating case...
