Hyundai Motor India — complaint against fraud invoice given by hyundai dealer | |
Dear hyundai, Recently i have purchased a new grand i10 car on dated 02/05/2019 from one of the hyundai dealer Mr. Amit ([protected]) & Mr. Bhupender ([protected]) He promised us to give the original invoice at the second day of purchase and now it’s has been passed a month but still i didn’t receive any original invoice from his end. On dated 11/06/19 mr. Bhupender sent us one duplicate copy that of invoice which he is claiming that it’s an original copy but when i matched it with our old i20 car it didn’t match with that i am attaching the same received copy of invoice which he sent to us. Have a look on that and send us our original invoice copy as soon as possible otherwise unfortunately i have to take legal actions against hyundai and it’s dealers too. Do it as soon as possible. My first complaint dated 11/06/2019 by mail to [protected]@capitalhyundai.co.in but no response and i have not received invoice of my car till time that's way i am sending you second complaint against this shameful act done by your one of the employee mr bhupender and mr amit So please send my real/original invoice of my car and take appreciate action against your employee for this fraud and inconvenience as soon as possible early.
