Hyundai Motor India — complaint against service personnel

Dear Sir,
I have under gone yearly service of my Hyundai I20. But unfortunately, all the four tyres have eroded. Odometer shows that it only runs 11000km(approx). On the advice of service personnel, I have changed all the four tyres and have replaced front end and did the wheel alignment and balancing. But in spite of regular maintenance, it is now observed that, there is a problem in EPS(electric power steering). . Please do address in spite of having regular maintenance and expended a lot, why these problems arises.I have a strong feeling that service personnel is not addressing the issues sincerely. You are earnestly requested to kindly adhere to my problems at the earliest.
