Sir, yesterday i went to your tappan hyundai showroom for first service of my i20 but i am highly shocked to listen that they refuse me to service of my car. He says that this is instructed by my c. E. O that not to service this car they not told any reason behind that. Dear managers, this type of services are you giving to hyundai customers. I am highly disatisfied by this tappan hyundai. Tapan Hyundai caused a lot of mental harassment and stress as they keep on giving false assurances about the repair of my car even after 1month.Delay in the services leads to time wastage and frustration. Expecting to get solution as soon as possible.
