Hyundai Motor India — complaint regarding poor service given by hyundai authorised service centers | |||||
Dear sir, I had purchased hyundai i10 grand from ketan hyundai gondia, maharashtra. Since last 2-3 weeks ac wasn't working properly and creating some unusual sound. As i travelling long distance from gondia to jabalpur (Approx 300 km), i went to authorize anmol hyundai service center at jabalpur. There vehical was submitted for a day and the said problem was seamed to be resolved. Next day while travelling back to gondia i realised that the speed was'nt raising above 80km/hr. Immidately i went to gondia showroom on 14/06/2018 where i was asked to submit the car for checking. Now after 3 days i was informed that vehicle need to be sent to nagpur as they are uable to detect the problem. When i contacted nagpur service center they are asking to pay for repairing. It is not at all justified as my vehical is still under warranty period and current speed problem is started due to poor service by authorize hyundai service center jabalpur. Also at time of deal we are assured for service across all hyundai service centers in india. You are kindly requested to look in to matter urgently and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
