Dear Sir,
I had purchased I 20 Asta(Petrol) in 2015, and the registration number of my car MH 20 DJ 6129, currently I have parked my car at Bhuvan wheels Aurangabad (MS), the performance of car is good but recently I have given my car for servicing for non performance of ac, then the staff of service center told me that the compressor and condenser are not working and you need to pay the cost of new ones, however it is my question that how compressor can not work within the period of 4.5 yrs, usually compressors works for 10 yrs.
As per my opinion both assemblies having product product quality issue.
Therefore you are requested to please instruct the service center for giving me the free replacement of both parts as it didn't damaged, other wise I will approach to consumer forum for Justice. Was this information helpful? |
