Hyundai Motor India — creta car service issue | |||
Hi sir, This is mail is in regard that i have given my creta car for service at the talwar hyundai service centre - shaikpet (Nalla). Sir, i have given my car for the service on 30th of the last month (I. E april) and they have got me back saying there was a battery issue and the battery was in warranty and today they have given a call back ending up saying that we cant give warranty to the battery, in return mr. Abhijeet kumar (Manager) has demanded saying that to pay 50% amount to the battery cost. I just wanted to know when there is warranty left on the battery and ur company doesn't want to give warranty for the battery will u do the same to all the customers or only me i wanted to know or else u end up saying when u sell the car itself to give a letter stating that if the battery goes of for any issue when in warranty that hyundai isn't responsible for that. It has been 10 days i have given my car for service and today they got back with this message, i am leaving my car at the service centre only so that ur talwar hyundai people can come and collect the car and keep that in ur showroom and show my car as an example saying that this is the car for which we haven't given the battery warranty before any person takes a hyundai car. This is the 2nd time i am facing a havock from hyundai people last the same service people have created a big mess for the touch screen problem which i have mentioned and this is the 2nd time. So sir, i just wanted to inform u that i want to take this issue a ahead by proceeding legally so that i can get justice on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
