Poor sale support for creta vin MALC181RLKM575621 J Jitender Dudeja to crsales 4 days agoDetails I am writing you this mail after purchasing Creta from Triumph Hyundai Faridabad.The pre sale and post sale service provided by them is so poor. The car was purchased on 19/05/19 and that was begining of an ordeal with triumph Hyundai. Please go through this mail assiduously. 1)The entire payment was done on 18/05/19 afternoon to prioritise next morning delivery.I called them to confirm the same but they didn't honour their commitment.We told them to have the invoice and other papers ready as it was an auspicious date on day of making payment i.e 18/05/19 but they wasted our time next date(delivery) 19/05/19 by making us sit through afternoonwith a 4 year old kid.They still took 3.5 hours to handover the keys.The sales personel was at his evasive best by saying "everything is ready".We had to plead with him as my son who is 4 year old was getting restless after spending an hour there.The car was probably sent for anti rust and paint protection treatment after we reached for delivery.This is insane by any standards, I mean how could you take 3.5 hours to deliver a car when everything should have been ready by previous day itself?The dealer took the payment, sat on it and did nothing, customer experience doesn't matter to them. 2)Even after delivery of the vehicle, they failed to provide fastag for our car.We had to send someone to collect it and they still took couple of hours to provide it.Never seen people so brazen. 3)Till date, no car registration kit provided Their only ruse, "Sir, it will take 2 months".This is their replyafter 10 days of recieving SMS by registration authority, intimating us of number alloted to our vehicle.No news about HSRP either.The car will be one month old and driving it sans registration can attract penalty.Who will pay for it? 4)We were told that basic car kit costing 3500 would be provided free of cost but they still charged for it.Bill attached.This tantamounts to decieving customer.I have the customer docket where it is clearly mentioned that basic kit amounting to 3500 will be given free, while they charged for it. 5)We were not given any feedback for or papers, they must have signed it on their own.This is very much against the customer experience and can seriously damage Hyundai image in minds of people.I can vouch for the fact that we were never given any chance to rate them on parameters to gauge customer experience. The experience right from booking till delivery of the vehicle has been exasperating, we are still having harrowing times dealing with them and our ordeal isn't over yet. This isn't the experience one would associate with Hyundai, we are at our wit's end as how could a dealer take a customer for a ride for buying a Hyundai car?The company must have checks and balances in place to see that the dealers are not putting customers off by displaying such a callous attitude and poorest customer service. Hi, am nand kishor my car no is BR24W 6454 my car got an accident on 28 th Feb and I submitted my car same day on nidhi Hyundai service center but still car didn't repaired, I am very upset from this type of behavior and approach, never I will not guide to buy any car from Hyundai to any one fake compa.

One week ago im submited my car in service center for claim in rear bumper damage .service center change the bumper but color mismatch i told body shop department but they are not respond proper.
