Hi Team This is a complaint regarding customer harassment case which is done at Hyundai Service center at Kudlu Gate, Hosur Road, Bangalore. I gave my car for servicing last week, during service one of care takers asked me to replace power steering EPS motor as it was not working intermittently (sometime it was perfectly fine). Also there was a clutch hardness issue which he didn’t mention at all when he called me. He just blindly told about EPS motor which cost me 6k. After 2-3 days itself, power steering stopped working completely. When I asked them, they took my car and they came up with saying another issue. Now they are asking 8k for replacing another part (some wiring issue). Now they are harassing me with different statements. I cannot pay any more amount now. If they had told first time itself I would have analyzed my budget. I need my car returned now with power steering issue rectified. If they cannot fix issue I want my whole amount returned given to them in last week servicing including all servicing charges as I don’t see any improvement in my car.
