Dear Team, Subject : Damage of engine under term of repairing by authorised service center. This is to bring to your notice that my car Hyundai xcent diesel S model Registration number-MH46AD4964 vehicle chassis number-GM218808 engine number-GM193060 was given for mechanical work during which my engine was damaged by service center and after which service center is not agreeing to the damage made by them and therefore blaming us for the damage. As when our car was given for mechanical work our car engine was working in proper manner and later all of sudden we were informed about the engine damage which is not acceptable and we want full work to be done in proper manner. In this year may month I bought grand i10 dual tone the told me that if I booked advanced with rs5000 they will gave me seat covers and accessories but didn't gave and they took me onroad price 721000 at that time gave me discount only 50000 also I'm exchanged my old car I did not comfortable and very bad behavior with customers
