Hyundai Motor India — dealer refused to give registration certificate

Hi,

I have exchanged my ford figo and bought hyundai xcent s 2 months back, after followed many times still i have not got my registration certificate due to which facing lots of problem. Yes there was some problem in insurance but nowadays it has been cleared, but dealer told that due to incorrectness in insurance exchange bonus claim has been rejected by hyundai india motors.

Requesting you to sir kindly close the matters as i am facing problem.

It is my first hyundai car and my experience is very bad, dealers doesn't care the customer.
