Hyundai Motor India — delay in claim settlement | |||
I own an hyundai accent. Registered no up 78 ew 1105.. Car was sent for claim on 23/08/19 to hyundai panki workshop.. Work was not started for next 10 days as the surveyor was not sure about the ncb i claimed last year.. Hyundai representatives did not bother to call me on their own.. I had to take pain for all the enquiry.. Finally when i personally went to workshop to pick my car on 14/09/19 but the car was still incomplete.. After waiting for 1 hour i came to know that insurance company had still not sent approval.. The problem still stands unresolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
