Hyundai Motor India — delivery of venue

I Booked a Hyundai Venue 1.2 S Blue Color on 3-June-2019.
At the time of booking i paid the full down payment and the date of delivery committed to me was 30-June-19.
When i went on 30-June-19 for getting the delivery, the date was changed to 10-Jul-19, Again on 10-Jul-19 the date was changed to 22-Jul-19, When i again went on 22-Jul-19 the date for delivery was committed as 3-Aug-19.
On 3-Aug-19 i asked for the return of my down payment which was denied saying that it will take 21 days to process and in that time they can provide the vehicle and the date they committed was 30-Aug-19.
When i reached 30-Aug-19, the commitment was denied and the General Manager promised that if he is not going to provide it by 5-Sep-19, he is either going to resign or provide me a Car of Higher Variant.
On 5-Sep-19, he again failed on the delivery and the new date given was 20-Sep-19 but earlier commitments were denied by the company.
Today on 16-Sep-19 when i went for the status, the delivery again shifted to the 25-Sep-19.
I have already complaint to Hyundai twice with complaint Number:" 1-[protected] " and escalated to their sales feedback team, still did not got any response.
I also escalated on other platforms like twitter and Facebook but no response was given by Hyundai.
The behavior of the Car agency during this time was so bad that they don't even pick calls neither reply to messages. They don't even talk properly to the customers.
This is the 8th time they are not meeting their commitments and i feel helpless and trapped .
Really don't know what to do, neither company is delivering my vehicle, nor compensating for the delay not even to reimburse the money back.
