Hyundai Motor India — extra charge with same problem-i10 era staring jammed problem

Dear sir,

On 14th jun-17, i have given my car for servicing in service center jamnagar, hapa and has given all the details of my car problem, the main problem was staring was jamm. They tried to attend the problem & as per them they told that the problem has been solved. For this they charged rs 14500 including servicing & staring problem.

But again the same staring jam problem occurred within 10 days.
Then i called the service person and the car was again taken to attend the said problem. Then again they are asking for rs.12000 for attending the same problem.

The car is still in hapa showroom. The same was communicated to the hyundai care center. But there was no response. The complaint no is
[protected].
Pl look into this matter. Why for they are asking for such a huge amount again.
If this problem is not addressed, i will take legal action as per the consumer court rules.
