Myself Vinod Jain, practising CA in Patiala, Punjab.
I had booked one Creta E Diesel with in Patiala Hyundai dealer Yashodha Motors on 31/03/2022 vide receipt No 11067 by paying Rs 11, 000/-
I was assured delivery of car within 60 days of booking but till date I have not received any intimation about delivery of my car.
Its strange to note that I am receiving un-solicited offers of early delivery in case of extra payment but as a practising Tax professional, it's un-ethical and against my professional integrity to pay illegal sum.
I have waited for more than 90 days awaiting my car beyond which my patience is exhausted. Persons who have booked cars after me have already taken delivery of cars.
I have been forced / coerced to buy another model against my wishes and not in line with my requirement. I am being forced to buy car with accessories, add on which I do not require. I have my own clients who can supply me better accessories of my choice.
PL INSTRUCT HYUNDAI NOT TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO BUY WHAT HE DOES NOT REQUIRE AND ALSO HYUNDAI IS NOT MANUFACTURING ITS OWN ACCESSORIES.
Through this email I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and have the car delivered of my choice on priority on the terms and conditions as applicable under the laws of my country India Was this information helpful? |
