Hyundai Motor India — Fake and proxy promises for delivery of car.

Sir,
I had booked new creta SX 1.5 petrol manual white from SAS Hyundai telibagh, lucknow.
This is my first experience with hyundai and disappointingly has been atrocious .
I had booked the above mentioned car on 8 Nov 2020 via a dealer named govind who works in SAS Hyundai. He had promised me to deliver the car before my marriage ie, 08 dec 2020. He utterly failed to do so, and more importantly he refused to pick up calls or reply before my marriage week.
I barely managed to get the managers number Mr Neeraj. He again falsly promised me to deliver the car by last week of Dec.
Till date the car delivery is getting postponed every time a ask for details.
I am an army personnel and doesn't have time on my leave to deal with such cheap marketing tricks to fix the customer . Kindly dnt add on the misery and embarrassment I have already faced in front of my family and wife.
It feels as if I am dealing with some roadside company who dant know there whereabouts and ground.
Pls look into the matter . I am mentally stuck from last 3 months on this car delivery issue. I have more things to deal with unlike a civilian.
Dnt let me change my mind to look for other cars of some better car company who can atleast behave more professionaly.
