Dear Sir, I purchased my first Hyundai Xcent Petrol car bearing Registration no GJ38B8468 just last month end and went for first service at your Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat service centre on 16/7/18.
Here I asked for anti rust treatment and I was told by your representative Nitish that it is done at this center and the charges would be Rs 2900 with two year warranty but when I went to collect the car I was given a bill for Rs 2950/- and item mentioned was Outside job in place of Anti Rust treatment.The warranty was also not mentioned.
It was a surprise that the job was done by an outside agency in contrast to what I was told initially that it is done by Hyundai and secondly the bill did not mentioned the actual job .Rather it showed outside job.I don't have trust on third party job.

I request you to look into the matter.
