Hyundai Motor India — fraud and irresponsibility at lakshmi hyundai service centre which is at malakpet | |||
Hi I am a resident of hyderabad. My hyundai eon magna plus car met with an accident on 13/01/2018. I have bajaj allianz insurance and they towed my vehicle to nearest service center lakshmi hyundai, malakpet. 1. They sent an estimate of 14000 (Attached estimate) for damages to be repaired. So i asked them to proceed further, after 2 weeks i got a call from them saying everything is done and the total cost is nearly 23000. Without intimation of excess amount they just repaired and told me that 7665 is covered under policy and remaining amount i have to pay. I felt really bad how come they do everything on their own without asking my permission when there is an amount exceeds to 50% of the total estimation. Though i paid it. 2. I received my car on 6th february 2018, and i noticed that my cng kit was opened and they did not fit it back. I went to the nearest lakshmi hyundai service centre of madinaguda and they told they don't know how to fix that. I got it repaired outside for 1400 rupees. 3. Also there seat clutch is missing on the left side. I asked them and they are still saying the part will come. Its been 20 days since it happened. I had purchased it outside. They are so irresponsible in doing their duty and i paid the amount. I am always on loosing side. I am attaching the audio clip also regarding what i have discussed all these points to service manager of malakpet. I want refund of excess amount they charged on me without asking my permission. Cng kit repair charges, cluch cost. I would not recommend this service center to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
